What is our Fulfillment time?
Our normal turnaround time is 10-14 days from when artwork is approved. Blank Orders turnaround time is 3-5 days from when order is placed.
What is your return policy?
For unbranded products purchased at www.mrtshirtz.com : We accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that tags are still intact and that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns on bras, panties, briefs, and most bodysuits. All eligible returns must be accompanied with an original invoice or packing slip. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. To start your authorized return, please email email@example.com and place your order # in the subject line. In the body of the email please list the items and reason for return.
We highly recommend using a shipping service that will provide a tracking number for your return. Mr T Shirtz, LLC. is not responsible for lost or miss-routed returns.

What is your exchange policy?
We want you to love your Mr T Shirtz, LLC. gear as much as we love making it! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept exchanges on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have tags attached. To start your exchange, a new order would need to be placed on the website for your desired item(s) after the new order is placed, follow the process for returns outlined above in the return policy. *Exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited. Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we cannot accept exchanges.
Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
How Soon will I receive my refund for my return?
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date your return is received for your original form of payment to be credited.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org place your order number in the subject line, and attach a photo of the damage/wrong item you received. OR call 856-803-9897. Thank You.
